GWU Technologies provides automated WhatsApp messaging capabilities to streamline preliminary inquiry handling, demo booking, customer support triage, and product documentation delivery.

A. Nature of Automated Chatbot Responses

When you message our WhatsApp channel, our automated conversational triage systems analyze your query to provide instantaneous FAQ answers, technical datasheets, or schedule demo appointments.

Notice: While we engineer our conversational systems for high accuracy, automated replies are computer-generated summaries. Binding pricing, formal inspection accuracy benchmarks, and delivery schedules require written confirmation signed by an authorized executive of GWU Technologies.

B. Requesting Live Engineering Assistance

7. Client Datasets, Industrial Samples & NDAs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• In no event shall GWU Technologies, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, or academic incubation partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, data loss, business interruption, or machinery damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use this website, software demos, or automated messaging channels.
• In any circumstance, the aggregate cumulative liability of GWU Technologies arising out of these Terms or website usage shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to GWU Technologies for accessing the website during the preceding twelve (12) months, or INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is less.
